I received a wonderful e-mail the other night from a loyal Bat-Blog Reader, it goes something like this, "Just wanted to compliment you on your website and comment how enjoyable it is to read your updated stories and cool pictures on a daily basis. I too am a huge Batman fan. My wife and I will be having a Super-hero wedding - everyone in attendance will be required to be in costume; both heroes and villains. I've attached a sneak peek of our wedding attire and thought you and your readers would appreciate our plan. Cheers, and keep up the good work." Wow, yes! I know my readers will love this - a special Batman and Catwoman superhero-themed Wedding!! How cool is that! Your costumes are both really great & very well-made! I seriously love the idea of this as a wedding theme & you have gotta send us wedding photos, you have to, ha ha!! Thanks for sharing some of your plans & I personally want to wish you guys the very best. Your fiance is really cool for going along with this, in fact, she ROCKS!! You are one lucky man, ha ha. Remember, send us some pics later!!
I love it when readers share their personal Batman-related photos & here's a really great example! Two new friends, named Seth & Melissa, got married on Sept 7th & here's a photo of their actual Wedding Cake! I can't believe this was the cake. It features the proud Batman Bat-Signal shining over Gotham City! That is so extremely magnificent! Now, if I got married, I would hope that my wife is this cool, ha ha! Thank guys for sending this really fun photo, I appreciate that. The cake looks great & I bet it was a wonderful event. By the way, Congratulations!
Awhile back, here at the Bat-Blog, we featured some Batman/Joker Tattoo Art Photos that had been sent in by a reader named Luis. If you read that post then you might remember that I said he sent us more photos & here are 2 more. The 1st one is a picture of Luis with his lovely wife. For their wedding day he designed some special wedding rings that he had custom-made. OK, you might have to click on the photo for a larger version (where you can see the details) but the 2nd picture is a close-up photo of the actual wedding rings. If you look very closely you can see THE DARK KNIGHT Batman Movie Bat-Symbol Logo on both of them. Now, how cool is that?! Any woman who would allow "Batman" on her wedding ring is certainly worth marrying, ha ha! I wanna wish them all the best & really, they do seem like a very nice couple. Luis, hang on to her, she's a "keeper"!
