Video: Batman Collector Shares a Few Vintage Batman Toys

There's this guy I know ( not in real-life, but on the internet, ha ha ) named Heath AKA "Batman Geek". He's a pretty nice guy & is also a very serious Batman Fan & Toy Collector. You might know him too. Anyways, while surfing the net the other night I came across this video he did where he shares a few pieces of his Bat-Collection. I thought it was pretty interesting & knew a lot of readers would enjoy it so be sure to check it out!! (( AS A SIDE-NOTE: After posting I checked out this post & the volume isn't working, weird. Jon's RANDOM ACTS OF GEEKERY Website Interviews The BAT-BLOG!

People who have been reading the Bat-Blog for awhile might enjoy this, I hope, ha! But I was recently interviewed by a fellow Blogger & Batman Fan, named Jon, who writes the awesome RANDOM ACTS OF GEEKERY website. At his site he wrote some profiles of "Comic Book Related" Bloggers called "The Way of The Geek". I was # 6 in the series. Wow! It was really an honor to be included in this group of Writers. I know some of them, so that's kinda cool. Basically, Jon sent me a ton of questions to answer & I answered them. Then, he edited the content. I really didn't know how it was going to come out but now, after seeing the finished product, Jon did a great job with it. Video: BATMAN GEEK Reads Detective Comics # 27

A friend to the Bat-Blog, nick-named "Batman Geek" ( Actually his name is Heath, a really nice guy ), did this cool video sort-of dramatizing the reading of Detective Comics # 27. Of course that comic book was the very first appearance of Batman, which came out in May 1939. He did this video while kind of inspired by a memory he had of his children when they were little. One day he was given the opportunity to read anything he wanted to his kid's classroom. He picked this classic! He said it was a lot of fun & the kids really loved it, especially the pictures. He did all the different voices sort of like the way they're in this video...enjoy.
