The Los Angeles L.A. Times unveils the first official photo of The Bat Cycle from THE DARK KNIGHT Batman Movie that's due out 2008. Yes, in the sequel to Batman Begins, Batman gets a new vehicle called the BAT-POD. This BatPod is a futuristic Bat-Cycle with grappling hooks, machines guns ( why does it have guns? ), & huge tires just like the Tumbler Batmobile. Also, as an extra bonus we're throwing in a new high-resolution photo of the BAT-SUIT costume to be worn by Christian Bale. This is the same photo that was featured in Entertainment Weekly but better! So...What's everybody think about the BATPOD BAT-CYCLE?!! We love it!!

THE DARK KNIGHT Batman Movie News AARON ECKHART To Play Harvey Dent

I just read in the BAT-BLOG Message Boards that Variety Magazine named Aaron Eckhart as the actor Warner Bros picked to play Harvey Dent in the New Batman movie THE DARK KNIGHT! He was the lead character in a recent film called "Thank You For Smoking", about how evil the real-life tobacco industry is, ha ha. He looks like a good choice & I think the next bat-Film is gonna be awesome!!

Here's a photo of the NEW Batman Bat-Suit Costume. This will be the NEW Bat-Suit worn by Christian Bale in the Batman Begins 2 Movie THE DARK KNIGHT. So, what do you guys think about it? THE DARK KNIGHT RISES is the Title of BATMAN Movie # 3

It's finally been revealed! The next BATMAN movie ( Sequel to The Dark Knight & movie #3 in the trilogy ) will be titled "THE DARK KNIGHT RISES". The Director Christopher Nolan was recently interviewed by the Los Angeles Times' HERO COMPLEX and besides getting the title to the next film we also got a little more information about the villain. Well, sort of. Christopher Nolan is extremely secretive about who the next villain will be but he did give a hint that it will NOT be the Riddler. He even confirmed that there will also be NO Mr. Freeze. As you can imagine this is driving everybody crazy & many are speculating either Hugo Strange or maybe the Black Mask. Another bit of news, good news I think, is that the next movie will not be filmed in 3D. So, who do YOU think will be the next villain?
