A friend of mine over at the 1966 Batman Message Board shared this link he found of a very cool '66 BATMAN-Themed Video Game he found online. It's one of those "Free Flash Games" you see a lot & this one was created by TV LAND awhile back to promote the fact that they had the Batman TV series & Movie on their channel. It's called "BAT-ATTACK, The Road To Gotham". To be honest, it's really sort of cheesy, ha! But if you're a Batman Fan it's actually kind of fun to play. A lot of the villains ( The Joker, Catwoman, Penguin, etc...) from the TV show make an appearance. Go ahead & give it a try, see how high YOU can score, by clicking HERE!
Warner Brothers Animation & the Cartoon Network have just released the new Official Website for their new animated TV series BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD! The page has a few FREE Flash Games to play, an interactive "Action Figure" area, & my favorite part of the site, a special "Behind The Scenes" Area where you can watch videos of the director, animators, artists, etc...talk about how they make the cartoon. If you watch the 1st one you get a good view of some of the many bat-vehicles that will eventually appear in the new TV show. Like, the Batmobile, Bat-Cycle, Bat-Jet, Bat-Boat, etc...They all look really great! They also have a cool retro-feel about them which I really enjoy. Overall the new website is very well-designed & features some awesome graphics. It also has a lot of interactive animation that is very neat. If you're a serious Batman Fan ( or just love the new cartoon ) then please be sure to check it out sometime. I've included a link button down below.
How did this cool Batman-Parody video game get off my radar screen? It's called RUN BATMAN RUN! Comedy Central made a funny online game to play that sort of makes fun of Christian Bale when he was arrested awhile back in the UK, you know, during the Dark Knight UK Movie Promotion Tour. Basically you're Batman & you're running away from the police. There are obstacles in your way, like Fire Hydrants & Postal Mail Boxes, and you have to jump over them while running. Surprisingly the game is very entertaining. Well, I thought it was pretty fun, ha ha! Just give it a try & play it once or twice, you'll get the hang of it pretty easy & then go crazy! A friend sent me this link to a very cool Free Flash Online Video Game ( No download needed, play right on screen ) that has Batman's dog ACE, THE BATHOUND. If you remember a retro-80's video game called STARGATE it's sort of like that. Beware: it's sort of addictive!! Here's a link to check it out, have fun!
