WOW, Since we have not posted a Batman Tattoo Photo in awhile I thought it would be a good idea to do one today! This photo was sent to us by a new friend we met at MySpace. His page is called "WicketToys" & he is totally into photography. He's also a Major Toy Collector. His main focus seems to be the line of Hot Toys Figures. But, wait a minute, back to the Bat-Tattoo, haha! As you can see by the photo, it's a small "Bat-Symbol Logo" on the back of his neck. I like the clean design, very simple. I wanna thank him for allowing us to publish his pic & if you're curious about his work then please be sure to visit his Flickr page where you can see some of his Collectible Toy Photography. It's located right HERE!
Hey Boys & Girls, it's time again for another awesome example of Batman Tattoo Art! This photo was submitted by our good friend Aaron. It shows an all-around design that features Batman, Joker, & the Bat-Signal in the Sky of Gotham City...it's beautiful! The Joker is the "Heath Ledger" version from The Dark Knight movie. I really like the colors in this thing, very vivid. Plus, the Bat-Signal sort of has a translucent effect that makes it look less solid & more like "light"...nice! Thanks Aaron for sharing this wonderful Bat-Tat. I know that everyone is going to really love it!
REMEMBER:
If any other Bat-Blog Fans get any ink done, then please send a photo!
Here's a recent Batman-Style Tattoo done by the Famous Tattoo Artist Josh Reynolds. It's a very detailed piece of art! ( Be sure to click on it for a larger, more detailed, photo ). Of course, it's CATWOMAN from the 1992 Batman Returns movie. The thing that's co cool about it is that it looks EXACTLY like Michelle Pfeiffer! Josh is really good at the "Photo-Realistic" tattoos. In fact, if you're interested in seeing more of his artwork ( both tattoo art & paintings ) then just click right HERE!
OK, even if you're not a Big Fan of "Tattoos", then you still have to admit that this BATMAN AND JOKER PLAYING CARD Tattoo Art is completely amazing! Our friend Brandon just recently got this ink done and the image is beautiful! I posted the same photo twice, then flipped one over, so you can see it from different angles. The colors are vibrant, the black lines are sharp... this Tattoo Artist did a really great job. I really love this artwork. I wanna thank Brandon for sharing his fun photo. If any other Bat-Blog Fans out there get any Bat-Tats done then please shoot us a picture!
A friend over at MySpace sent me this photo of an amazing Batman Tattoo he recently got. He explained that as a child he grew up on the "Tim Burton version" of Batman & he also loves the new Christopher Nolan Batman movies. So...he got them BOTH! As you can see, the new DARK KNIGHT bat-logo is crashing through the old 1989 movie Bat-Symbol. WOW! It looks pretty cool & I gotta give the artist credit for doing something very original. Thanks Vincent for sharing this photo. The Bat-Blog is all about the love of the Batman character & this really shows it.
A new friend to the Bat-Blog, named Adam Lauricella, sent this very cool photo of an amazing HEATH LEDGER JOKER TATTOO he recently did. And man, did he do an incredible job...it looks just like a scene from the new DARK KNIGHT Batman movie! Ya see, Adam is a Tattoo Artist working in Wappingers Falls, New York. His shop is called GRACELAND TATTOOS. For more information about this artist be sure to visit their website.
Our friend Katie sent us this wonderful photo showing off her Batman "Arm Sleeve" Tattoo. The artwork looks super-great & if you're also a fan of the Sandman Vertigo DC Comics Series then you'll really like the other arm too! Thank You Katie for sharing your pictures. Both of these tattoos are very very very cool! As always we want to invite any & all Bat-Blog Readers ( that includes YOU ) to share any Batman-related pics you might have. It can be Tattoo Pics, Original Artwork, Toy or Comic Book Collections, Birthday Cakes, Customs...whatever! ( Our e-mail button is always on the top right-hand side of this page ).
I got an e-mail this morning from a Bat-Blog Fan named JR, who just got this cool Batman Tattoo! It's the classic "Yellow Oval" Bat-Symbol Logo & it looks AWESOME! The lines are very sharp & the coloring is great. Thanks for sending the cool pic JR, I appreciate that. Also, the MARIO tattoo looks pretty cool too! Readers, there is ALWAYS an open invitation to send any kind of cool Batman-related pics to the Bat-Blog...so please do!
OK, I'm a huge fan of the paintings & artwork of an artist named Ron English. So, the other day when I received an e-mail from a Bat-Blog Reader who told me he saw a "Batman and Robin Kids" Tattoo I was pretty excited. The tattoo artist did such a great job that I added the image of the original painting for comparison, check it out! Oh yeah, if you would like to see more work by Ron English then be sure to scan his POPAGANDA website. Here's a link:
I recently came across this photo on the Internet & knew it HAD to be put on the Bat-Blog! I mean, we're kinda famous for our Batman Tattoo Photos but this one is too cool not to post even if we didn't, ha ha! It belongs to a new friend named Denis who is a HUGE Jim Lee Fan. In fact, this tattoo is totally based on the artwork of Jim Lee. It features both Batman & The Joker. It's extremely well done & I want to thank Denis for allowing us to post it. If any other Bat-Blog Readers have ANY Batman-Related News or photos then please send us an e-mail. I've always said that if this fan site is any good at all then it's because of the contributions of our wonderful readers, thanks!

OK, The Bat-Blog is sort of famous for posting Batman-related tattoos that readers send in. We get one every now & then but this one is totally crazy! Of course I mean "crazy" in a good way, ha ha! This is the most elaborate one I have ever seen...EVER! It belongs to a new friend named Damien who actually went to a Tattoo Convention & had a few different Tattoo Artists do this all in one day!! There are images of Batman, Heath Ledger Joker, Batgirl, Riddler, Bat-Symbol, Comic Book Logo, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy's Lips, a Back & White Comic Book Page ( Animated Series Two-Face ), an Homage to Carmine Infantino, & much more!! OK, This thing would be way to complex to explain so I'll just let the photos do the talking. I wanna thank Damien for sharing these photos. Man, your Bat-Tat is INSANE!! It really is a work of ART or, I should say, WORKS of art!

Here are 2 recently found photos of Batman-Related Tattoos that are pretty darn cool. I especially like the one of Catwoman. It was done by Bryant Mickler of Psycho Tattoo in Sandy Springs, GA. I'm not sure who did the other one but it's pretty cool also! If any other BAT-BLOG readers have a BatmanTattoo they would like to share then please send some pics!
While surfing the net I came across this picture of a guy with a HUGE Batman & Robin Back Tattoo that I knew BAT-BLOG Readers would think is cool! From a graphic-art point of view they are extremely well done with good sharpness & nice colors. Plus, this is showing some great respect for Batman so ya gotta love that! When I contacted the guy for permission to use the photo & maybe ask a question or two he had this to say, "I got them at the Lion's Den II Tattoo shop by an artist Named Tony. I tweeked the pictures because I wanted Robin to look younger in the tattoo than he did in the picture I gave him. I also chose that particular picture of The Batman because I thought it caught the determination and the intensity of the Batman really well. It took me 2 years to find the right picture of The Batman and 4 to find a Robin Tattoo that looked just as good as the Batman pic that I picked out of my collection of books that I own.". Wow, great response, thanx for sharing this with us Artie! I also wanna send a shout out to Tony of The Lion Den's II for doing such a great job...kudos! Wanna see more Batman-related Tattoos? Well, just check out the BAT-BLOG ARCHIVES because we've done a few other popular stories like this over the last few months. See y'all tommorrow!
Check out this photo, recently submitted by a Bat-Blog Fan named Simone, of her extremely cool back tattoo of HARLEY QUINN! Who, of course, we all know as a member of GOTHAM CITY SIRENS & sometimes she's the Joker's girlfriend ( I'm talking about Harley, not Simone, ha ha! ). The art concept is sort of playing around with the old "Comedy & Tragedy" idea. The left image is happy & she's crying in the other one. This seems pretty accurate since Harley Quinn suffers from a major bi-polar personality! But all kidding aside this Batman Tattoo is really really great & I wanna thank Simone for sending it in.
I recently met a guy named Joseph who just got a new Batman-related tattoo that I knew I had to share here because it's extremely cool! The bat-tat looks like Vintage Pin-Up Girlie Art with HARLEY QUINN, The Joker's Girlfriend. I like how there is a fake "Autographed Signature" next to her, that's clever. It's the "Batman: The Animated Series" version that, personally, I like the best! Overall the colors are bright & sharp...looks great! Thank you Joseph for sharing this with my readers. I know that they will totally get a kick out of it. If there are nay other Bat-Blog Readers who have got some Batman ink then please shoot us a photo. Our e-mail button is always at the top right-hand side of this page.
