Mr. Anderson's BATMAN BATMOBILE TOY CAR Collection!

A Bat-Blog Reader named "Mr. Anderson" sent us some nice photos of his Batman Batmobile Car Collection. OK, He has a few action figures & bat-merchandise that are NOT Batmobiles but the main focus is the famous car. While checking out the pictures I noticed he had a black Kenner Superpowers Batmobile ( the original one is bright blue ). I asked what that was about & he said it's a car he's customizing. Wow, that's a cool idea! Overall there's some really great items here & the start of an awesome collection. There are so many Vintage Batmobile Toys out there, & also brand-new toys coming out, that you should be able to stay busy for a very long time! NEW BATMAN TOY : Toys-R-Us Clearance Sale This Week

Today, while running errands, I was listening to the radio when all of a sudden there was a commercial for Toys-R-Us stating that they were having a Major Clearance Sale. So, for the hell of it, I went up there to check it out. I found a cool Batman toy called The BATWAVE Device. It's was originally over-priced at $24.99 but on sale now at around $4.00!! Basically it's this communicator-looking thing is a device that you use while watching th new "The Batman" cartoon. You point the device at the TV & it picks up signals that give you video games to play. They also had a sale on Batman Birthday supplies like napkins, paper plates, cups, etc...so I got everything there for 80 cents a package.

NEW BATMAN TOY : Mattel DC SUPER FRIENDS Action Figures BAT-PLANE

Just a quick note. Mattel's DC SUPER FRIENDS is a new action figure toy line that everyone is getting really excited about because they take the DC Comics universe and make it all super cute & adorable...goo goo goo. They have already released a few figures & vehicles. Well, later this year, Mattel will be releasing another new vehicle to go with Batman's Batmobile. It's called the BAT-PLANE!

DC SUPER FRIENDS Mattel TOY FAIR 2007 Baby Batman!!

OK, I gotta admit that when companies re-license their work in the form of babies it gets on my last nerve ( Muppet Babies & Baby Snoopy come to mind ) but these DC SUPER FRIENDS are sooooo adorable! Yes they are, who's the cutiest widdle superheroes ever? You are, Yes you are! Mattel released images of a new line of toys coming out in 2007 at the recent NY Toy Fair. They are DC Comic Book character action figures & accessories that look super-cute: like Batman, Aquaman, Superman, Flash, etc are little kids. I think the Baby-Batmobile is the most adorable thing ever, yes I do...who's the cutest little car, you are! Yes, you are! Goo Goo.

NEW BATMAN FAST FOOD TOY at Hardees & Carl's Jr, June 2007

A friend recently told me about a new Batman Fast Food Toy that is available at Hardees & Carl's Jrs Restaurants. He's one of the JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED characters in the promotion for the release of the new JLU Season Two DVD. It looks pretty cool & I just might have to try & track one down!

BATMAN AND SON : DC Direct Releasing Action Figures October 17th

In a few days be sure to check out your comic book shop for these beauties. A set of BATMAN AND SON action figures made by DC Direct. Based on the best-selling BATMAN series storyline: BATMAN and SON, art by Andy Kubert, written by Grant Morrison. The figures include Batman, Robin, Damian, The Joker, & Man-Bat. NEW 2007 Hot Wheels THE BATMAN TWO-PACK SET Batmobile + Joker & Riddlers Cars

I was running thru Target the other night trying to find the 1966 Batmobile Hot Wheels Car & didn't find a single one! But, I did find these 2 NEW Hot Wheels TWO-PACKS from THE BATMAN featuring the newer version Batmobile with a very small figure & very cool villian car. There are 2 different ones: The Joker's Last Laugh & The Riddler's Rampage. I really like the packaging, the tiny figures, & the cars but it kinda sucks that they make you buy the Batmobile twice! Look Out For The BATMAN BRAVE AND THE BOLD 2010 Hot Wheels Car!

Just a quick post to let people know that the "Batman: The Brave and The Bold" 2010 Hot Wheels Car is starting to surface in retail stores right now. In fact, my friend Doug sent these pics to me recently ( Thanks Doug! ). So, keep an eye out for it on your next trip to Target, Wal-Mart, etc. I love this car, it's...so...beautiful!

New HOT WHEELS BATMOBILE Cars & IMAGINEXT BATMAN Action Figures From Mattel for 2011

OK, Here's some more fresh news from Mattel that was presented at this year's 2010 San Diego Comic Con & I'm sort of reporting on 2 different toy lines here, Hot Wheels & Imaginext Action Figures. The 1st photo shows a few new HOT WHEELS Batmobile cars to keep an eye out for ( But don't start camping out at Toys-R-Us tonight because these won't come out for a while - just stay tuned to the Bat-Blog because you know that when they come out we will be spazzing-out, ha!). It looks like they'll have some interesting new Batmobiles in 2 different series. One is the "Custom Motors" line & the other one is the "Color Shifters". The Custom Motors car is the Tumbler Batmobile from The Dark Knight movie & it looks like you'll be able to customize it like a model kit or something. I don't think I have ever seen this toy line before & it looks pretty interesting. Now the next one is the Color Shifters car & it looks like the Batmobile from the 1989 BATMAN movie, awesome! I've seen these before & they're kinda neat. They have special paint that changes color when you put them in hot water. This one has "flames" on the hood. Now the next major toy line covered here is the IMAGINEXT Action Figures, Vehicles, & Accessories. I know these are made for small children ( which is great ) but I gotta admit that I totally love these! The main 2 things to share here is the Batman figure with his Bat-Boat & Killer Kroc with his Swamp Boat. Plus, if you look at the picture with the Batboat, you'll also see the Riddler with his Riddler Car...awesome!

Here's a brand-new Batman Toy to look out for on your next trip to Target. Here's the MATCHBOX CAR 5-Pack Gift Set with a BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD TV cartoon theme. The cars & trucks all feature Gorilla Grodd, Green Arrow, Batman, & Joker graphics. Yes, my favorite one is the purple car with the Joker on it. But actually, they're all pretty neat. Just a quick post to announce that a new BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD Bat-Product will be hitting retail stores pretty soon ( they're already at Amazon ). It's a Batman: The Brave & The Bold MY-SIZE PUZZLE by Mattel! These puzzles are super-giant-sized, have really sharp graphics, & what some people do is put them on the wall for display in kid's rooms. They're very cool. I've bought a few older vintage ones for nephews & they really loved them! The graphics on this one is of the full-figure shot of the Batman & Red Tornado characters. Brand-New FUNKO BATMAN Merchandise & Products

Shown up above for a few Funko BATMAN TOYS that we have already announced here at the Bat-Blog as new products coming out. I just mention them because we have new pics of their display boxes ( packaging ) or we have pics that are not prototype photos. Then, we have brand-new pics of some merchandise we didn't even know about until now. That would be the Funko BATMAN Bobble-Head Air Freshener Toy & the BATMAN PEZ Dispenser-shaped Funko Wacky Wobblers ( Actually, all 3 new items are "Nodders" ). Oh man, this is great news because all of this stuff is very cool! Note: The PEZ Nodders are wayyy bigger than actual PEZ Dispensers & don't have necks that pop-back to give you candy.
